Biological terror attack likely by 2013...

There is  new report out saying that the next big terror attack will be biological and likely in the next 5 years...scary, it says that it is easier, more people die and the spread of disease would be absolute. This is so scary and I'm all for the crackdown I really am, it just seems that it doesn't work all that well, report after report says that we need to be more aggressive about finding terrorists.
