Joe Biden's cuff links bought at thrift store?

So Mr. Biden I guess gave his shirt to a thrift store which is pretty darn cool, and it still had the cufflinks! Solid gold, engraved with his name. Nice! Well the guy who bought the shirts...for one dollar said that he feels like Mr.Biden should have the cufflinks back! Their his, and so he told his local news and they are trying to contact Biden's people. Hmm...is somebody waiting for a cash reward?...or just being nice? Story here.
