Surgeons sent "tweets" from operating room...

They have been sending tweets, to let others surgeons know what is going on and to let others who are following know too, the curious people I guess...weird but I guess it's not a bad thing...you can read the full article here...anybody tweet? I don't I just kinda think it makes no sense...but maybe I am wrong? LoL
